40-hour famine blog

hello again! for those of you who don't know what the 40 hour famine is, its a program that kiwi kids do every year where you go without food for 40 hours to raise money for kids in foreign countries. so yes, im going without food for 40 hours - eek! the only thing im allowed to eat is barley sugars and i can drink water and juice. thank you so much to all the people who sponsered me:- Olivia Salthouse (my best kiwi friend), Mr Carrol (my English teacher), Mr Williamson (my maths teacher), Mr Sibley (my science teacher), Ken and Irene Watson, Ben Glavish, McKenzie Jones, Taryn Prangley, Graham and Marie Thomas, Bonnie Williams (yay to my awesome american friend! miss you heaps!), Dad (miss you daddy!), Mum, Grandad and Nana, and Keryn. and right now my total is... $219.50!!!! yay! thank you so much everyone! and yes, i survived ( the famine ended at 11.00am this morning), but i can tell you i was SO glad to be able to eat again! yes! and i tell you what, i NEVER want to see another barley sugar ever again!
